Sandy Alomar and Jim Tracy among those on list for Diamondbacks manager job

The Arizona Diamondbacks have an opening for their managerial position. Two names on the list are Sandy Alomar Jr. and Jim Tracy.

Alomar has been waiting for a while now to get his first crack at a manager job and has spent the last five years with the Cleveland Indians as a first base, third base and bench coach.

Tracy on the other hand has previously seen stints as the manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Colorado Rockies.

Other names to watch out for include Phil Nevil, Turner Ward, Jay Bell and Andy Green.

Expect this list to continue to grow. The Diamondbacks dropped to just 64-98 this season after spending the last two years at 81-81. It has been a steep drop for a franchise that was 94-68 back in 2011.
