While the Detroit Tigers continue to look for pieces to add to their bullpen one name that does not appear to be an option is Andrew Miller.
The Tigers had been working on a trade with the Boston Red Sox to acquire the 29-year-old left hander but apparently those talks have fall apart reports ESPN Boston’s Gordon Edes.
Tigers are NOT getting Andrew Miller

Miller has a 2.34 ERA and 69/13 K/BB ratio in 42 1/3 innings this year and is currently drawling interest from just about every contender.
If the trade between the Red Sox and Tigers is indeed off, expect Miller to land somewhere. He is set to become a free agent at the end of the season.
