Former NESN sideline reporter Jenny Dell and Boston Red Sox player Will Middlebrooks are now engaged.
Dell is moving on to CBS this fall for coverage of the NFL while Middlebrooks is currently rehabbing a finger injury. Prior to his injury Middlebrooks was hitting just .197/.305/.324 with two home runs and nine RBI in 21 games.
Middlebrooks surprised Dell with a party for the engagement.
Well good for them. Clearly this is not AJ McCarron and Katherine Webb, something I think the internet is grateful for.
