How much does a win cost? About $1. Just ask the Oakland Athletics who acquired pitcher Brad Mills from the Milwaukee Brewers for just $1.
After a less than desirable outing in his debut on Saturday, Mills rebounded Wednesday night allowing three runs in 6 1/3 innings of work in what proved to be a 8-5 win over the New York Mets. He allowed nine hits but struck out four in the contest.
