Well Manny Ramirez hit a extended spring training home run today. The blast from Ramirez went 450 feet and resulted in the former All-Star flipping his bat.

Ramirez, 42, is currently playing the role of a player/coach at Triple-A Iowa for the Cubs. The homer was his first since signing with the team.
Ramirez failed to hit a home run in 47 minor league games over the last two seasons.
