David Buchanan is expected to be on the mound when the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday.

At Triple-A Lehigh Valley the right handed Buchanan held a 3.98 ERA, 1.57 WHIP, and 31/17 K/BB ratio in 40 2/3 innings which are right in line for his minor league norms. Those numbers coupled with the Dodgers lineup could make for a short debut for Buchanan.
