Atlanta Braves pitcher Julio Teheran threw a complete game three hitter against the Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday night in a 1-0 win.
Teheran struck out three in earning his second win of the season.
The lone run of the night came when Evan Gattis hit a solo home run off of Phillies starter Cliff Lee in the fourth inning. Lee had a up and down night allowing one run on 11 hits and a walk while striking out 13.
The Braves have now won the first two games of what was supposed to be a four game series. Tuesday’s game was postponed due to rain and the two teams will meet in the series finale on Thursday.
