Texas Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre left Tuesday’s game against the Boston Red Sox after experiencing tightness in his left quad.
This is not the first time that Beltre has dealt with tightness in his quad. He also experienced it during spring training forcing him to miss a week. He has been playing through issues for the past few years. Still its doubtful that the Rangers would force things with a day game on Wednesday.
Adrian Beltre will leave tonight's game with tightness in his left quad. Jim Adduci is on deck.

Beltre was 2-for-3 with a double and two runs scored prior to leaving.
