The New York Yankees are waiting to see how the Masahiro Tanaka posting situation plays out but that has not stopped them from checking in on free agent Bronson Arroyo.
The right-handed Arroyo has been linked to a variety of teams this offseason but thus far none are known to of offered a contact.
Arroyo, 36, has spent the last eight seasons with the Cincinnati Reds. He finished last season 14-12 with a 3.79 ERA.
Regardless of where Arroyo signs he should give a team a quality arm at the back end of their rotation.
