Mark Trumbo was traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday. On Wednesday the slugging outfielder appeared at a party for the Los Angeles Angels Kids Foundation.
Trumbo could simply have blown off the event after the trade but it says something about him that he actually attended.
The 27-year-old Trumbo produced a .234/.294/.453 line last eason with 34 home runs and his first 100 RBI season.
