Tim Hudson had a screw removed from his right ankle on Thursday.
Currently a free agent the 38-year-old right hander has already been receiving interest from multiple teams.

Mark Bowman of MLB.com reported earlier this week that as many as 10 teams have reached out to Hudson. Some teams known to have interest in Hudson are the Red Sox, Royals and Indians.
Hudson compiled a 3.97 ERA and 1.19 WHIP in 131 1/3 innings during the 2013 season.
There’s a good chance that Hudson re-signs with the Braves. He is hoping to pitch another two to three seasons.
