The Oakland Athletics will pick up Coco Crisps $7.5 million option for 2014, according to General manager Billy Beane on Friday.
Beane says Crisp’s option will be picked up.

Crisp had his first ever 20/20 season and then batted .389/.455/.611 in the ALDS. As long as the almost 34-year old centerfielder can stay healthy, he should be an asset to the team next season.
The Athletics were eliminated from the postseason on Thursday evening.
