Hunter Pence makes history for Giants in win over Dodgers

Hunter Pence has joined the likes of Willie Mays. While Pence is not a Hall of Famer he did become just the second San Francisco Giants player to homer in each game of a four game series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Pence, 30, has been on a power surge lately and while it may be too late to save the Giants season he will help his case in free agency this winter.

The Giants have made it clear they want to keep Pence this off-season and with 19 runs driven in over the last six games the outfielder is making their case for them.

Pence added two more home runs on Sunday night and has upped his line to .295/.345/.499 with 25 homers, 86 runs, 92 RBI and 21 stolen bases.
