After Mike Trout led off the All-Star Game with a double, Matt Harvey hit Robinson Cano in the knee with a pitch.
Cano stayed in the game initially while walking to first but left the game a batter latter.
Harvey would escape the inning without allowing a run and pitch a perfect second inning before departing the game.
Update
Told Cano got hit more in the quadriceps than the knee – and that he should be fine.

So apparently Cano wasn’t hit in the knee as much as the quad and as Rosenthal notes he should be fine. We are sure Matt Harvey is relieved.
