Braves starter Tim Hudson went to the rosin bag last night, and wiped it on his head. In the second inning of the Braves game against San Diego the Braves starter hit the bag a few times before wiping it across his head.
Hudson suffered another tough loss in the game after allowing three runs in 7 1/3 innings of work. This is hardly the first time that Hudson has applied rosin to his head. As evident by the youtube video below Hudson also did it in 2012.
Hudson does not have hair on his head so maybe the rosin is being used to keep his hat on?
