The ex-Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader and high school teacher who pled guilty in October of having a sexual relationship has been caught violating her parole. Jones is pictured with the student Cody York, who is currently her boyfriend, above.

Sarah Jones reportedly will have to wear an electronic monitoring device after she left Kentucky to do a radio interview in Cincinnati.

Jones is only allowed to leave Kentucky to attend classes and work. She is currently enrolled at the University of Cincinnati and spends some time working for her attorney Eric Deters.

As FOX 19 reports, Jones left Kentucky on Jan. 29 in order to a radio interview on 700 WLW. The interview was to discuss her recent sex charges and her civil case against thedirty.com.

A judge ruled  Jones’ case against thedirty.com a mistrial after the jury was deadlocked. The case is expected to be retried at a later date as Jones is seeking $11 million in damages to her name.
