Despite a poor performance in Sunday’s loss the Redskins are not ready to bench quarterback Robert Griffin III.
Head coach Jay Gruden did note that Griffin and the Redskins offense showed “fundamental flaws” and that the quarterback was “not even close” to having the right footwork.
#Redskins HC Jay Gruden "That's the plan, yes." on Robert Griffin III starting Sunday. "We don't anticipate bad." if they are considering.

Griffin will continue to start for the Redskins while fans take time to call for Colt McCoy after every misstep. Kirk Cousins is not an option.
