The regular season is finally. On Thursday night (September 5) the Baltimore Ravens visit the Denver Broncos.

NBC will carry the game from Sports Authority Field at Mile High in Denver, CO beginning at 8:30 pm.

While analysts will bill this as a “Super Bowl winning Ravens team” the truth is the Ravens roster has turned over quite a bit.

Among the changes on the offense for Baltimore was the trading on Anquan Boldin and an injury to tight end Dennis Pitta. On the defensive side of the ball the Ravens lost Ray Lewis to retirement and Ed Reed opted to go to Houston.

Denver on the other hand also had a change at receiver adding Wes Welker to the mix which will only give Peyton Manning yet another offensive weapon.

A lot more could go into analyzing this game but we simply offer up the betting odds at this time.

The Denver Broncos are an 8 point favorite against Baltimore. The Over/Under for this game is 48 points.

So what are your thoughts? Does Joe Flacco shock the Denver faithful again or does the Broncos start their 2013 season by beating the teat the ended their 2012 season?
