Washington Wizards have determined that their guard Bradley Beal will sit out the next two weeks due to a leg injury. The team announced Tuesday that Beal felt sore and had an MRI, which diagnosed the problem in his proximal right fibula.
Beal currently leads the NBA in minute played at 40.2 per game and he’s also leading the Wizards with 20.2 points per game. The 20-year-old was the third pick in the 2012 draft and will be greatly missed by the Wizards in the coming few games.
The Wizards host the Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday night.
