Druw Jones diagnosed with quad strain

Diamondbacks prospect Druw Jones has been diagnosed with a right quad strain and placed on the 7-day injured list.

Through 46 plate appearances Jones was hitting .175/.283/.200.

Jones was the second overall pick in last year’s MLB draft and underwent shoulder surgery last year.
