An MRI on the back of Los Angeles Angles outfielder Mike Trout revealed only inflammation.
Trout left Tuesday’s game because of his back and is not in the lineup for Wednesday’s contest but should be able to avoid a trip to the disabled list.
Currently Trout is listed as being day-to-day which is good news for Angels fans.

On the season Trout is hitting .293/.379/.546 with 11 home runs and 38 RBI.
