The Los Angeles Dodgers remain interested in Michael Young.

In October the Dodgers signed Alexander Guerrero to a four-year deal worth $28 million but the team has concerns about his fielding ability reports ESPN Los Angeles. Los Angeles is reportedly concerned enough with Guerrero’s glove that they could start him in the minors this season.

The team is expected to hold a tryout for the second base job this spring, and if Young does not sign could use Chone Figgins there.

Young appeared in 21 games for the Dodgers last season. Overall in 2013 he played in 147 games hitting .279/.335/.395 with eight home runs and 46 RBI.
