Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Brandon Beachy has declared himself ready for the start of spring training.
Beachy, 27, has made just 18 starts over the last two season while undergoing Tommy John surgery and dealing with shoulder issues upon his return.
“But he says he will pace himself during the camp’s early portion,” tweeted MLB.com’s Mark Bowman.
Beachy will not have any limitations when Spring Training begins. But he says he will pace himself during the camp's early portion. #Braves

Beachy and the Braves avoided arbitration with a one-year deal worth $1.45 million deal. The Braves will hope that Beachy returns to the form he had between 2010 and 2012 when he had a 3.07 ERA in 237 2/3 innings of work.
He should start he season with a rotation spot in hand.
