Mark Mulder is coming out of retirement in an attempt to make the Los Angeles Angels. The left hander has signed a minor league deal.
Mulder, 36, has not pitched in the majors since 2008. He began toying with the thought of a comeback a few months ago and recently was reported to be throwing in the low-90s.
Numerous teams had checked in on Mulder but the Angles have been considered the front runners for much of the time.
