James Loney will return to the Tampa Bay Rays in 2014.
Loney, 29, spent the 2013 season with the Rays batting .299/.348./.430 with 13 home runs and 75 RBI in 158 games. He drew interest from multiple teams in free agency but ultimately will return to the Rays after being given a three-year deal.
