Michael Young has been receiving interest as a free agent this winter but the 37-year-old could opt for retirement.
Young finished the 2013 season with a .279/.335/.395 line with eight home runs and 46 RBI in 147 games split between the Philadelphia Phillies and Los Angeles Dodgers.
Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports reports that Young has is considering the idea of staying at home with his family.

Young is a seven time All-Star who has played a variety of positions in the infield.
If this is the end of the road for Young he would finish his career with 14 seasons and a .300/.346/.441 line with 185 home runs and 1030 RBI.
