Chase Briscoe scored his seventh pole of the season in qualifying for the Hollywood Casino 400 Presented by ESPN Bet.
Briscoe will be joined on the front row by Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Denny Hamlin, after running a 29.987 in Saturday’s qualifying session.
The 1.5-mile Kansas Speedway plays host to the second race in the Round of 12. Already locked into the round of eight is New Hampshire winner Ryan Blaney. William Byron (+47), Kyle Larson (+41), Christopher Bell (+29), Hamlin (+27), Joey Logano (+24), Chase Elliott (+14), and Briscoe (+12) all join Blaney above the Cut Line for elimination following the October 5 race at the Charlotte Roval.
Drivers who are looking to make up ground include Ross Chastain (-12), Austin Cindric (-19), Tyler Reddick (-23), and Bubba Wallace (-27)
