Lochie Hughes got the better of his Andretti Global teammate Dennis Hauger in the Indy NXT practice session on Friday.
Hughes enters the weekend 28 points behind Hauger in the point standings. Of the seven races this season Haugher (4) and Hughes (2) have won six while Caio Collet won the other. Collet was fifth fastest on Friday.
The Indy NXT series will race on Sunday with FS1 having coverage beginning at 10:30 am. The race is scheduled for 35 laps or 55 minutes.
