Connor Zilisch was fastest in Saturday’s Xfinity Series qualifying for The Chilango 150.
Zilisch will be joined by Ty Gibbs on the front row at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez while Christopher Bell, Carson Kavpil and Sammy Smith round out the top-five starters.
With a time of 1:32.372 Zilisch will certainly draw attention to himself in Saturday’s race.
Sam Mayer, Austin Hill, Tanner Gray, Nick Sanchez and Jessie Love are the rest of the top-ten.

Cup Series regular Daniel Suarez who is from Mexico will start 38th after he crashed the No. 9 car in qualifying.
