Takuma Koga Joins Joey Gase Motorsports with Scott Osteen for Xfinity Series Races at Dover and Portland

Joey Gase Motorsports with Scott Osteen has officially announced that Japanese driver Takuma Koga will be competing for the team in the No. 53 car at Dover Motor Speedway on July 19, 2025, and at Portland International Raceway on August 30, 2025.

Koga, a native and resident of Nagoya, Japan, brings over a decade of experience from the ARCA Menards Series, where he has demonstrated consistency and skill. Notably, he has achieved a career-best finish of fifth place three times, all at Portland International Raceway, showcasing his strength on road courses.

Koga’s addition to the team brings an international presence to the NASCAR Xfinity Series, further expanding the sport’s global reach. His extensive ARCA experience, particularly his strong performances at Portland, positions him as a formidable contender in the upcoming Pacific Office Automation 147.

The BetRivers 200 at Dover Motor Speedway is scheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025, with live coverage on The CW Network, the Performance Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90. Koga’s road course expertise will be on display at the Pacific Office Automation 147 at Portland International Raceway on August 30, 2025, also airing live on The CW Network, the Motor Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
