Kubota and Trackhouse Racing Extend Partnership Through 2027 NASCAR Cup Series Season

Kubota Tractor Corporation and Trackhouse Racing announced today a multi-year extension of their partnership, securing Kubota’s presence on the team’s Chevrolets through the 2027 NASCAR Cup Series season. As part of the agreement, Kubota will also continue its role as the Official Tractor Company of Trackhouse Racing, a title it has held since 2022.

Kubota and Chastain: A Winning Combination

Ross Chastain, driver of the No. 1 Chevrolet and an eighth-generation watermelon farmer, expressed excitement about the continued collaboration. “It’s awesome to continue an authentic partnership with a world-renowned brand like Kubota,” said Chastain. “Kubota’s support of Trackhouse Racing and agriculture means the world to me, and I hope to get them back to victory lane this year.”

Chastain raced the No. 1 Kubota Chevrolet six times in 2024, securing three top-five and five top-10 finishes, including a thrilling victory at Kansas Speedway on Sept. 29. In 2025, he will pilot the Kubota-liveried Chevrolet at six races: Phoenix Raceway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Sonoma Raceway, New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and Kansas Speedway.

Suárez and Van Gisbergen Join the Kubota Lineup

Chastain’s Trackhouse Racing teammate, Daniel Suárez, will also sport the Kubota paint scheme at Texas Motor Speedway on May 4. Suárez, a native of Monterrey, Mexico, drove the No. 99 Kubota Chevrolet at Texas in 2024, finishing fifth.

“It’s great to have a brand like Kubota supporting our race team,” Suárez said. “Their continued partnership speaks volumes about Trackhouse Racing and how to build a successful relationship.”

As part of the extension, Kubota will also sponsor Trackhouse Racing driver Shane van Gisbergen in the Aug. 9 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Watkins Glen International. The New Zealander, who won three Xfinity races in 2024, is making his Cup Series debut in 2025.

“I’m an outdoorsy guy, and it’s great to be connected with a brand like Kubota,” said van Gisbergen. “I’ve already put their equipment to use building out a racetrack at my house, so the timing has been perfect. I’m looking forward to driving the Kubota car at Watkins Glen and going for the win.”

Kubota and Trackhouse Racing Support Farmer Veterans

Beyond the racetrack, the partnership continues to make an impact through Kubota’s collaboration with the Farmer Veteran Coalition (FVC). For the third consecutive year, Kubota will donate $10,000 to the FVC for every top-10 finish Chastain earns while driving the Kubota-sponsored Chevrolet. Since 2015, Kubota’s “Geared to Give” program has contributed more than $1 million to the coalition, providing grants, organizational support, and 46 pieces of donated equipment to veteran farmers. Chastain’s performances in the last two seasons alone have generated $70,000 in donations.

Looking Ahead

“After incredible seasons with Ross, Daniel, and the Trackhouse team, we’re excited to keep the momentum going through the 2027 season,” said Todd Stucke, President of Kubota Tractor Corporation. “Seeing Ross win at Kansas in the Kubota car and Daniel’s fifth-place finish right here in our backyard at Texas Motor Speedway were big moments for all of us in Kubota Country. Now with Shane on the team, we’re looking forward to many more great moments this year and beyond.”
