Simon Sikes scored the pole in qualifying for the USF Pro 2000 Race No. 2 at Road America on Friday. Fellow rookie to the series Christian Brooks will join him on the front row.
Race No. 1 pole sitter Lochie Hughes will start third while, the man he trails in the point standings by a single point, Nikita Johnson rolls off 12th.
The second USF Pro 2000 race of the weekend at Elkhart Lake will take place at 5:10 pm ET on Saturday.
