Joe Flacco throws touchdown on first drive for Browns

Joe Flacco was signed off the free agent scrap pile to quarterback the Cleveland Browns after injuries fell on the team.

In his first game action in 11 months, Flaco would lead the Browns to the end zone against the Rams in Los Angeles.

Flacco found Jerome Ford for the score in the first quarter on the Browns first procession showing he still has something left after all.

The Browns newest quarterback was 4-for-5 for 65 yards with the score on the drive.

For Flacco this was his 196th career start as he becomes the fourth man to take snaps for the Browns this season.

Flacco had spent the last three seasons with the New York Jets appearing in 12 games after a one year stint with the Denver Broncos. Most will remember Flacco for his time with the Baltimore Ravens where he spent 11 seasons helping them win Super Bowl XLVII.
