A fan vote held on social media has resulted in McDonald’s having special paint schemes for both Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick at this weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series race.
Wallace and Reddick will both have sponsorship from McDonald’s when they compete at Homestead-Miami Speedway this weekend. That sponsorship comes with some iconic characters of the fast food brand.
Appearing on the No. 23 car driven by Wallace will be Grimace whose popularity was capitalized on earlier this year for a birthday event which featured the now viral Grimace shake.

Of course Grimace is not the only iconic character from McDonald’s which will appear at Homestead. Reddick’s car will feature the Hamburglar.

Both 23XI drivers made the Cup Series playoffs this season, however Wallace has since been eliminated. Entering the second race of the Round of 8 the No. 45 car of Reddick is currently 16 points below the cutoff for making the championship round.
