Chase Purdy will start on the pole for Saturday’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Talladega Superspeedway.
Last year’s winner of this event Matt DiBenedetto was replaced in the No. 25 truck by Chandler Smith who qualified 28th.
Coverage of the Love’s RV Stop 250 will air on FS1 beginning at 1:00 pm ET.
The Love’s RV Stop 250 will consist of 98 laps for a total of 250.4 miles. There will be stage breaks at laps 20 and 40.
Failing to qualifying for the race were Jennifer Jo Cobb, Keith McGee, Clay Greenfield and former winner at the track Spencer Boyd.
