Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson will not suit up for Sunday’s Week 3 contest against the Ravens after the rookie missed practice on Friday while in the concussion protocol.
The Colts have ruled Richardson out for the contest at M&T Bank Stadium leaving Gardner Minshew as their starter.
Richardson left the Colts’ Week 2 win over the Texans prior to halftime due to a concussion. It marked the second week in a row that Richardson was replaced by Minshew after he missed the end of the Colts’ Week 1 loss to the Jaguars with knee and ankle soreness.
Sam Ehlinger will serve as Minshew’s backup in the contest.
