Two NASCAR drivers suspended following DWI

Chris Hacker, 23, a part-time driver in the NASCAR Xfinity and Craftsman Truck Series was arrested around 12:30 am ET on Tuesday August, 15 in North Carolina.

Hacker has been charged with driving while impaired. Currently Hacker is shown as having a court date of September 19th for the DWI, speeding, reckless driving to endanger and failure to wear a seat belt.

The following statement was released by Hacker.

Jason White, 44, was arrested earlier this month in Huntersville on August 3.

What was charged with driving while impaired. A police report shows that White was arrested just off of Sam Furr Road on Kenton Drive.

White is best known for his 157 starts in the Craftsman Truck Series though he has also made 55 Xfinity Series and two Cup Series starts in his career.

Currently White is scheduled to appear in court on September 6.

Both White and Hacker have had their driver licenses revoked for 30 days.

Additionally crew member Joel Courage has been suspended for failing to register as a sex offender.
