NASCAR race at New Hampshire delayed until Monday

The NASCAR Cup Series will not race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sunday.

Rain has forced the Crayon 301 to be moved to noon ET on Monday, July 17. With rain falling and rain expected throughout the remainder of the day NASCAR’s decision was made well ahead of the 2:30 pm ET scheduled start time.

When the race does go green it will be Christopher Bell of Joe Gibbs Racing out front. Teammate Martin Truex Jr. will join him on the front row.

Fans will be able to watch the race on USA Network and the NBC Sports App on Monday.
