The Yankees are hoping to have outfielder Harrison Bader back with the team on Friday.

Bader, 29, will play a rehab game on Wednesday with Friday being targeted as his return to the Yankees according to manager Aaron Boone during an appearance on the Talkin’ Yanks podcast.

Bader last played on May 29th and was placed on the 10-da injured list with a right hamstring strain. On Saturday Bader took batting practice.

When Bader does rejoin the club he will return to a .267/.295/.511 slash line with six homers and 19 RBI though 27 appearances.
