Truex on pole, Darlington Raceway Starting Lineup for NASCAR Cup Series

Martin Truex Jr. scored the pole for Sunday’s running of the Goodyear 400 with a speed of 169.409 mph.

Darlington Raceway will feature an all-Toyota front row as Bubba Wallace will start along side Truex.

Ricky Stenhouse, William Byron, and Ross Chastain will make up the top-five with Daniel Suarez, Kyle Larson, Denny Hamlin, Tyler Reddick and Brad Keselowski rounding out the top 10. Last year’s winner of this event, Joey Logano will start 19th.

Darlington Raceway will again feature throwback weekend with many of the teams in the Cup Series featuring schemes of NASCAR’s vivid past as they race around the 1.366 mile egg-shaped track.

Coverage of the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway will air on Fox Sports 1 beginning at 3 pm ET. SiriusXM NASCAR radio and MRN will also carry the race.
