When Ryan Newman return’s to the track he will do so in a car that is a throwback to his early days in NASCAR.
Newman will be driving the No. 51 Ford Mustang of Rick Ware Racing this weekend at Darlington Raceway. The car that Newman will drive will be designed to look like the car he drove to victory lane for his first career win at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in 2002.
Recently Newman was named as one of NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers. In his career he won 18 NASCAR Cup Series races.
The car that Newman is driving will be sponsored by Jacob Industries and Biohaven.
