The Denver Broncos have invited quarter Ben DiNucci to training camp.
DiNucci was most recently the quarterback of the Seattle Sea Dragons during the 2023 XFL season. He will now get a chance to serve as the backup to Russell Wilson with the Broncos.
Man. Where do I start? @XFL2023 @DanyGarciaCo @TheRock
Second chances are hard to come by. Can’t say thank you enough ❤️Seattle, you guys were incredible all year long. It was an honor.
Football is fun. Playing again is fun. No reason not to smile.
Onward & Upward.

If DiNucci’s name is familiar it’s because he did appear in three games for the Dallas Cowboys in 2020 making one start after being a seventh round pick.
DiNucci finished the XFL season with a league-high 2,671 passing yards. He threw 20 touchdown passes and 13 interceptions while completing 64.7% of his pass attempts.
In order to make the Broncos DiNucci will need to beat out Jarrett Stidham and/or Jarrett Guarantano for a spot.
