The Washington Commanders have signed Tim DeMorat on Monday. DeMorat had been rumored to be joining the New York Jets.
DeMorat took over the starting job at Fordham as a freshman in 2018. He finished out his college career with 4,891 passing yards and 56 touchdowns to go with 10 interceptions in 12 games as a senior.
His large arm makes him an intriguing option but he will start as a project for the Commanders.
