A timely caution flag aided Zane Smith in scoring the win in the XPEL 225 at Circuit of the Americas.
Smith’s ninth win in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series marked a repeat of a year ago when he won at COTA.

During his victory celebration Smith’s truck caught on fire which seemed to start from the mudflap on the drivers side of the truck.
