Team Penske has dropped its appeal of penalties to the No. 12 Ford driven by Ryan Blaney.
Crew Chief Jonathan Hassler and crew members Graham Stoddard (jack) and Zachary Price (rear tire changer) will miss the next four races due to a wheel coming off at Bristol Motor Speedway.
The penalty was initially appealed by Team Penske but that appeal has been dropped a day after the Cup Series race at Texas Motor Speedway. Blaney finished fourth in Sunday’s race but will now be without all three men for races at Talladega, the Charlotte Roval, Las Vegas, and Homestead.
