Reds pitcher Mike Minor will begin his rehab assignment on Wednesday when he takes the mound for Double-A Chattanooga.
Minor, 34, was acquired from the Royals for Amir Garrett in mid-March. Since then he has seen his season delayed by a shoulder issue.
The Reds are expecting Minor to join the tam by the end of the month.
Minor is coming off a 2021 season that saw him start 28 games while posting a 8-12 record, 5.05 ERA, and 1.25 WHIP across 158 2/3 innings.
