Kelce out due to COVID protocols, Boyle and Fromm draw starts

The Chiefs will be without tight end Travis Kelce in Sunday’s game against the Steelers.

Kelce was unable to clear COVID-19 protocols ahead of the game. In a bit of good news for the Chiefs the team will welcome back Tyreek Hill. Expect Hill to get plenty of targets in the game with Kelce out.

Blake Bell will operate as the Chiefs tight end but since he missed part of the week also due to being on the COVID-19 list the team could give snaps to Noah Gray.

Tim Boyle gets another start

The Lions will be without quarterback Jared Goff on Sunday.

Tim Boyle will try to set a career high in passing yards when he starts for the Lions in their Week 16 matchup against the Falcons.

Boyle threw for just 77 passing yards while also throwing two interceptions in his first career start.

Jake Fromm gets the nod for Giants

Jake Fromm will start for the Giants in place of Mike Glennon against the Eagles in Week 16.

Glennon has not looked the part of viable NFL quarterback in place of Daniel Jones and one cannot blame the Giants for trying something different.

This will be the first start for Fromm.
