Hamlin wins Drydene 311, Dover Race 1 results

The first of two NASCAR Cup Series races at Dover International Speedway this weekend saw Denny Hamlin go to victory lane.

Aided by some lapped traffic, Hamlin was able to score his sixth win of the season by passing Martin Truex Jr. with 10 to go. The win allows Hamlin to match his total from a year ago.
