Edwin Jackson is not quite ready to retire.
Jackson, 36, told MLB Network that he was planning to pitch in 2020.
The news is hardly a surprise. Jackson has spent 17 seasons in the big leagues and set an MLB record last season appearing with his 14th team.
Edwin Jackson, 36, just told us on @MLBNetworkRadio that he’s planning to pitch in 2020. He set an @MLB record this year by pitching for his 14th team. He said his wife likes to say, “They’re going to have to pull you off the field by your ear.” @MLBNetwork

Any deal for Jackson will surely be of the minor league variety after he had a -2.3 WAR to go with a 3-10 record and a 9.58 ERA in time split between the Toronto Blue Jays and Detroit Tigers.
Don’t bet against Jackson, after-all Homer Bailey landed a guaranteed $7 million from the Minnesota Twins.
