The New England Patriots can claim home field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
Wide receiver Danny Amendola and defensive back Patrick Chung are both hoping to be on the field for the regular season finale reports the Boston Herald.
“I feel good,” Amendola is quoted as saying. “Going to go out there and have another day of preparation today and see how I feel.”
Amendola has been limited by a knee injury in practice this week. His time with the Patriots has been a bit of a letdown but a big game here could put him back into the good graces of the Boston faithful. Though 13 games played he has caught 63 passes for 631 yards and two touchdowns.
Much like Amendola, Chung believes he has a good chance of playing come Sunday. He was limited in practice this week.
